No matter what stage of life you are, if you move forward towards your goals, then you might find yourself in a plateau sometimes.
Our lives are full of changes and surprises and it can be tough to accept everything that life throws at us.
One important thing that I couldn’t accept in my life even now, is the fact that I can’t control anything except myself. When you recognise this fact your life can be easier.
When you live your life in the fast lane, you might feel exhausted even down to the things that we love. There you cannot have success every day, and you cannot constantly and evenly move only forward.
Don’t be afraid to take a step back and then take two steps forward.

Sometimes you have to run to see who will run after you. Sometimes you have to speak softer to see who really listens to you. Sometimes you have to take a step back to see who else is on your side. Sometimes you have to make the wrong decisions to see who is with you when things fall apart.
Taking a step back is a great opportunity to relax and realise the path that you are taking, take the time to look at yourself from the other side, and reflect on your life. When you analyse your life, your performance improves. This will help you take your next steps, and possibly move in a different direction that is better suited for you.
This process lasts a lifetime. The personality and character of a person are constantly evolving in the course of this kind of personal educational dance – two steps forward, one step back. If you fall, pause, regain your strength, make the necessary adjustments, and try again. In the process, we make mistakes and learn from them over time. We are able to form strong character traits in ourselves such as perseverance and efficiency.
If you are stuck at some stage in your life, don’t worry. This happens to all of us. Don’t be afraid to be in this state for as long as is necessary. Take this as a chance to take a step back.
Don’t get caught up in everyday problems, take a step back and look at the bigger picture.
